These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wan Animate AI's video generation platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our AI video generation services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content quality may vary based on input quality and model capabilities.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account, including all video generations and credit usage.

Intellectual Property

Our platform and its original content, features, AI models, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content and Generated Videos

You retain all rights to any content you upload to our platform (images, videos, text prompts). By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating AI videos. This license automatically expires when your content is deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

Generated Video Ownership: You own all videos generated using our AI models. You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that similar videos may be generated for other users using similar inputs.

Content Deletion: All uploaded content and generated videos are automatically deleted from our servers 24 hours after upload. We recommend downloading your generated videos promptly.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or harm others
• Generate videos containing illegal, harmful, violent, or adult content
• Use our AI technology to create content that violates others' rights or dignity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our AI models
• Abuse the credit system or attempt to gain unauthorized credits
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to overload our systems

Credits and Subscriptions

• New users receive 20 free credits upon registration
• Credits are consumed when generating videos
• Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations
• Credits expire according to your plan terms
• Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for different AI models and features

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated videos are created using machine learning models and may not always produce perfect results. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or accuracy of generated videos
• Any misuse of AI-generated content by users
• Content that may inadvertently resemble real persons or copyrighted material
• Technical limitations or errors in the AI generation process

Users are solely responsible for how they use AI-generated content and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of generated videos, or issues arising from AI-generated content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
